What Qualifies for a Replacement or Refund:

Severe Melting: While we ship all products in specialized thermal-shielding wrap and include defensive insulation during warmer months, extreme global heatwaves can occasionally cause melting. If your chocolate bar arrives completely melted and structurally deformed, it qualifies for a replacement.

Compromised Seals: If the internal, airtight vacuum sealing or protective foil of your product is torn, punctured, or open upon delivery, please do not consume it.

Incorrect Orders: If our fulfillment team accidentally ships you the wrong flavor, product type, or quantity, we will swiftly correct the error.
How to File a Claim:
To initiate a transit damage claim, you must contact our dedicated support team within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp indicated by your tracking number.

Email your order number and a brief description of the issue to our support channel.

You must attach clear, high-resolution photographs of the damaged product, the interior packaging layers, and the exterior shipping box with the shipping label fully visible.
Note: Minor cosmetic imperfections, such as slight chocolate scuffing, superficial bruising, or hairline fractures along the geometric scoring lines that do not impact weight or potency, do not qualify as structural damage.
2. Cancellation Policy
Because we utilize automated fulfillment channels to route shipments as quickly as possible to our primary markets in the United States (USA) and our international hubs—including the United Kingdom (UK), Canada, and the Netherlands—the window for order cancellations is incredibly brief.

Before Dispatch: You may request an order cancellation or shipping address modification within 2 hours of placing your order. If your request is received within this window, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund back to your original payment method.

After Dispatch: Once an order has been securely packaged, assigned a carrier tracking number, or handed off to our logistics partners, it cannot be canceled, intercepted, or modified under any circumstances.
